K3 - No output power

Back in volume 117, issue 39 there was some chatter about having no output
power from a K3.  Whatever became of that issue?  I have seen nothing since.

I have a K3 that has no output power.  If I key the rig while listening
with an external receiver, I can hear what I am keying on the frequency the
rig is tuned to.

I removed the KPA3/100 module, installed the jumper on the RF board, and
set the KPA menu item to NOT INSTALLED.  Still no output (that I can see on
my SWR bridge with sensitivity turned to highest sensitivity).
