[K3] P3 Beta v1.18

Even though the FPGA 4 file was missing I downloaded v1.18 using the button
"send all new firmware to K3" and it worked like a charm.  As I understand
it the FPGA 4 file was already in the previous download and did not change.
It did not need to be loaded again so it showed up as "missing" in v1.18.

Please permit me to say that all software / slushware releases should
be complete.  What if a user didn't choose to load the previous
release?

Just a thought.

I found 1.18 worked as designed, nice.  I hadn't tried to use data on
SVGA before.  It's pretty cool.  I've been uber-focused on the KX3 in
the last few months.

FPGA 4 was never there to begin with, so does not matter.
