K3 P3 KPA500 Navigator Help Needed

I'd like to correspond with someone who has this setup and has it  
successfully operating on a Windows 8.1 computer offline.  My frustration  
level is high and I want someone able to take me through the connection

I have K3, P3, KAT500 and KPA500 with Navigator to Win 8.1 system....
working fine  - just had to redo the whole thing due to an 'house issue'
