K3/P3: followup to 60m issue

I also notice that MKR A and MKR B do not show up on 60m but the displayed
frequency is tied to the previous band selected on the K3.  In other words,
I I had the K3 on 80m the shifted to 60m, MKR A and B still show the 80m
frequencies.
