[K3] QST Labs review?

Bill VanAlstyne W5WVO
Does anyone have an idea of when QST Labs is going to put a K3 through its paces? I assume they must have ordered one already, since they always test off-the-shelf production specimens.

Bill,

I heard on the air that ARRL's k3 was due in either this or last week.
Also, the OM doing the testing (whose call I forget at the moment) was
going to have the K3 on the Antique Wireless Assoc net after it arrived
to ask the other AM aficionados their opinions of what they were
hearing.  I wasn't home Sunday so don't know if it was on the air on AWA
net or not.  Maybe another 2 or 3 issues till we see the review?

I have strong doubts that ARRL has ordered their K3 yet.  It is more likely
that they will wait until the firmware is more mature, the subreceiver is
available, and all modes are working.  Just my guess ..
