I don't seem to be able to get my K3 to go from REF CAL to REF xxC. Tapping
the 1 just changes from A to B. I have the latest firmware and I can't find
anywhere I'm supposed to tell the firmware that I have the 1 ppm oscillator.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
As long as I'm asking, I also can't figure out how to get the PA temp on the
display? Is there a secret code?
Lastly, I have S/N 1041, which arrived and I built last week. I don't have
anything to add to the building estimates provided by others - it went very
smoothly. My only extra effort was to make myself slow down. And this
weekend, I gave the radio a workout on 6M (425 QSOs in 181 grids - it was
nice to have some propagation). It worked great - sensitivity seemed
adequate and the NB and NR were incredible.
