See page 6 of the owner's manual (D1).
If you download the manual, you can then do a SEARCH on the entire
manual to quickly (instantly) find any topic you desire. That's what
I just did and it took me "no time at all" to find the "how to" for
the RIT rate (it was the 2nd RIT search hit, the first being the TOC).
