I would like to connect my Hal DXP38 to my K3 for FSK RTTY. Anyone using a
DXP38 with a K3 (AFSK or FSK), please contact me directly with cable/pin details. Thanks. Have it working.
K3 accessory plug pin 1 to DXP38 FSK connector. Other things: 1) K3 transmits RTTY upside down with the DXP38. You must invert the transmit polarity somehow --e.g. via software package. 2) Turn DXP38 on before the K3. For some odd reason, the PTT hangs in transmit if you turn the K3 on first. 3) K3 line out to DXP38 AF in plug. 73 de Brian/K3KO
