K3: Remenbering VOX settings by mode?

Hi All,

Can anyone out there remind me of what I need to set to get my new K3 to remember the VOX settings by mode?  I want VOX to be on for CW mode, and off for all other modes.  For some reason, my CW setting doesn't survive a power cycle.
