K3 Remote Power On/Off

I ask this because during my second contest ever with my new K3S and I had
two power failures. So it goes back to the state that it was in when last
properly shut off - That works for me!

Turn the K3 off with its power switch and turn it back on. You will, of
course, have to do that each time you change settings. :)

I run all the 12V gear in my shack from batteries, so the only time my
K3 loses power is when I do something dumb.
