K3 Resistance Checks

kk4oyj
OK,

I'm at the point where I've completed the construction prior to the initial power on and have a little question on the resistance between U12 and ground. My value is 3.5k ohm. The manual states that some K3s may be only slightly greater than 500 ohms implying that I might expect a value in that area. Clearly 3.5k is much greater. Am I good to go or is my value incorrect?

Thanks!

When I built my K3, the U12 resistance value was 4.3K.

Re: K3 Resistance Checks

I just did mine last weekend.   It is the scariest and most exciting
moment of the whole build.
