[K3] S-Meter and value reported via CAT

[M0XDF]

I've noticed that the S-meter reads 2 points higher than it reports to my
logging program (MacLoggerDX). Has anyone else noticed that?

DonŒt complain. Nobody will understand. Or care. And certainly donŒt try
to fix the situation yourself. ItŒs dangerous. Leave it to a highly
untrained, unqualified, expendable professional.
