SN 128 ordered May 1st has arrived in the UK. Thank you Elecraft.
Sadly I am not back in the UK yet but I have booked a days holiday next
week to build the radio.
I specified UPS Express delivery. The radio left Aptos on Friday
November 30th and first delivery was attempted on Monday 3rd December.
As the parcel was correctly labelled as an Amateur Radio kit I "only"
had to pay VAT which I did over the phone whilst waiting for my wife to
be free to accept delivery :-)
The radio will be going off to Malaysia early next year to my 9M2
station. First serious contest with the K3 will be either BERU or WPX CW
from 9M2. Should be fun....
