K3: SSB Transmit

Just got my K3 from the factory. A factory reset was done.  It transmits on CW, but not on SSB. I thought there was a setting. Can anyone help? Ted

Did you manage to get a resolution?     Understanding its been a while hopefully so.

I am faced with what seems to be a very similar issue right now!
