I have the 60 meter channels already set up for channel hopping. VFO A rotates these channels in a loop which is nice. I also want to set these channels up for scanning. In order to do this I must skip one memory channel and set VFO A as the starting frequency (5330.5 Khz) and VFO B as the ending frequency (5403.5 Khz) using the (*) on the right end of both of these memory frequency entries. I am using memories 10 through 14 as the channel hopping memories. I propose to use memories 16 and 17 for scanning these channels. It seems to me this sets 60 meters up for frequency scanning and not channel scanning. I need to better understand how to set up my memories to accomplish this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
