[K3] Setup K3 with RigExpert and HRD

I have spent the last week setting up HRD with RigExpert on my K3.  After
upgrading to the newest version of windows 10 my antique USB to Serial
adapters no longer work. So I got a Rig Blaster.
I would GREATLY appreciate help from anyone that has gone through this maze.
