The release notes are in a "rich text" file named hfwnotes.rtf, located in
the same firmware folder that you copied firmware from Elecraft's FTP site.
You may use the Windows "WordPad" program (located in the Accessories
folder) to print this rich text file. Other rich text editors, such as
Microsoft Word, may also be used.
