Twice last night I experienced a short lived loss of (rf) power. Everything just went very quiet on receive and there was no rf output either. It was the same on both receivers, all antenna inputs etc and there were no error messages flagged.
Makes me suspect the 49MHz reference on the KREF3 board, or the tmp connectors. I've poked around and can't get any repeat so I'm wondering if there would be any other source of such a fault. Many moons ago I soldered in place the oscillator module on that board as it was a bit wobbly in the socket and I decided I wouldn't be upgrading to the high stab version; never mis-behaved previously. Perhaps dirty contacts, but why no error messages??
