K3 - That sacred date

K5LAD
While reading through the daily archive collection, a
funny thought occurred to me.
It looks like everyone who has ordered and is waiting
for their new K3 can tell you the exact date they
ordered their transceiver, perhaps some to the the
very hour.  I wondered if you asked them their
wedding anniversary, if they could respond as
quickly with that date?  Maybe so, it just seemed that
the date it was ordered is burned into their skull.

I'm not being critical, I ordered mine on January 4 at
about 4:15 in the afternoon and I'm in the same boat
as everybody else who is anxiously awaiting.  It's
getting closer.............

73,
Jim - K5LAD

PS - Wedding anniversary - Jan. 18, 1964 and I
didn't have to look inside my ring.

I'll wager that few --- if any --- owners of Yakenom can
quote the S/N's of their radio(s) either ... (:-))
