[K3] @ Tokyo Ham Fair

Steve Sacco NN4X
I don't recall seeing a link to this, so figured I'd post it.

My Japanese is a bit rusty, but I *believe* they're talking about the
wildly optimistic delivery dates.  ;-)

It starts off, and the Elecraft Rep is saying "Yes, sir-eee!  If you
order today, we can ship to you in two months"

Prospective Customer, pointing at him says "REALLY?  Two months
??"  Then he twiddles the tuning knob, puts his hand on top, and says
"DO YOU SOLEMNLY SWEAR ON THIS VERY K3 THAT IF I ORDER TODAY, I'LL
HAVE IT IN TWO MONTHS?"

Elecraft Rep, putting his hand on the K3, says, "Yes!"

Prospective Customer puts up his hand, displaying five fingers, and
says "I love all things American!  I'll take FIVE!".

It closes with Propective Customer making a motion like he wants to
sign a credit card slip.

Well...THAT explains why we haven't heard about what serial numbers have been
delivered!
