With the latest version of the K3 Utility, does it need to be installed into a folder OTHER than "Program Files" in Win7? -- 73, Gary K9GS Greater Milwaukee DX Association: http://www.gmdxa.org Society of Midwest Contesters: http://www.w9smc.com CW Ops #1032 http://www.cwops.org ************************************************ ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

The default install location is in Program Files or Program Files (x86) on a 64-bit system. After installation only normal user permissions are required. It doesn't write into the program folder after install.
