K3 Utility - VFO B memory not being loaded

It looks like the m-v/m2 only loads VFO A.  Is this the way it is supposed
to work?  Why?  Is there a setting that controls this?

 

Using the K3 Utility and reading and loading memories - They appear to load
but the VFO B memory when loaded from the front panel by m-v then m2 for
instance does not load VFO B.  At least it doesn't show any change from what
was in VFO B before the m-v and m2.  I would think it should load.  Pressing
the a-b swaps whatever WAS in VFO B before to VFO A.  I don't know now if it
ever did.  Do I have something set wrong?  I have both VFOs set in the
Utility for the band.
