K3 Utility Version 1.3.10.11 now on Elecraft web page

Dick Dievendorff
K3 Utility Version 1.3.10.11 is now available at
http://www.elecraft.com/K3/k3_software.htm

This version corrects a bug in RF Gain calibration: The calibration data was
not being correctly saved to EEPROM, and RF Gain calibration data was lost
after a K3 power off/on cycle.

Dick, K6KR

Does this mean that we all need to redo the K3 RF Gain Calibration after installing Utility 1.3.10.11?

  Paul,

Yes,it would be highly advisable.  Actually it depends on the version of
K3 Utility that you used when last doing the RF Gain Calibration.

It wouldn't hurt.  It depends on when you did your last calibration.  I
introduced a bug that showed up in 1.3.9.22, earlier versions had it right.

Is/was the bug ever part of the Mac utility?
