K3: VOX pumping when notch is turned on

I'll be submitting this the support line, but wanted to know if
anyone else has seen this.  In SSB mode, with the headphones on
(plugged in front panel), I turn on the auto-notch.  I get the VOX
tripping on and off but when it trips, RX audio starts coming out the
speaker as well as the headphones.  I have the VOX gain around 10 and
anti vox somewhat high, like maybe 50 I think.  Using Heil HC-4 element.

Same thing when you engage NR.
NR issue is on the list.

I first saw a similar problem earlier today when I turned on NR on SSB. To
remedy it I need to increase the NR setting to something like F(2-4)- (1-4).
example - F-1-3 exhibits this problem, but F-4-1 does not exhibit this
problem.  I wonder if this is a function of the just released firmware?

This is a known issue and Elecraft are waiting for Lyle to return from
