When I attach the aux cable from the KPA500 to K3 I lose audio in one ear and the speaker is no longer muted. As soon as I remove the aux cable all returns to normal. Applies to front and rear phone connection. Speaker setting is on "SPKR + PH NO"
Have probably changed a setting but can't see where or how. Ideas pl?
