K3 capabilities

Firstly: it should have all the capabilities of the TARDIS.  Most especially the ability to attract wise women!
Secondly: the ability and desire to clean cat boxes.
Thirdly: bestows Health, Wisdom, Prosperity, and Fulfillment on its owner.
Fourthly: everything else!
