K3 dbV in 2.38

James Duffey
A dB is a well defined unit, and I don't see the problem with using it
as is in the K3. A dBV is also a well defined unit, although not often
used, but what the K3 calls dBV is not what is defined as a dBV.

As Chen says, this is really a nit, but having a dB scale will be
useful for a variety of measurements and I won't have to dig out the
old Simpson 260 with its VU scale.

But the real reason for this post is to give me a chance to post a
favorite bit of dB doggerel, source long forgotten:

The decibel is mighty nice;
You can measure once, and then cut twice.
The reason we can be so free?
To one dB, pi equals... three!
