The problem was "k3" instead of "K3" however, that error
came from clicking on Elecraft links.
From Elecraft main page I went to the K3
page.
From there I clicked on firmware and software
upgrades.
From there I clicked on beta release and
instruction.
From there beta release download.
That is where I got the link with the small k3
instead of the caps K3.
However, it has been fixed as it no longer
happens...
