K3 main DSP Board upgrade Price ?

Was posted a while ago that as soon as all the K3S' orders were caught up with that the new DSP upgrade board would be available.. I have been waiting to up grade mine along with the KSYN3AUPG.
just waiting for costs and how close to being able to ship.
