K3 no power out on DATA

Thanks for all of the help regarding my audio issue. Turned bias on as
suggested and can hear myself.  Selected High, tried to put the
additional audio stage in with "3" on the mike menu; but, get a response
"N/A".  Have yet to find the right combination to get sufficient audio
out of the mike.

I still feel that my problem is configuration.

Any thoughts?
