Hi folks; my K3 has developed an odd problem with its display...
In the VFO B portion of the display, it occasionally flickers from displaying the VFO B frequency, to showing WWWWWWW. Has anyone seen this before, or have any idea of what's up, or how to fix it? Thanks & 73 de Dave, W5SV ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Sounds like you have text decode turned on.

Greg,
thanks for the idea, but text decode is off (I am in USB as well), and it seems to do it less when fully warmed up, so I suspect that is not it. Any other ideas out there? --Dave, W5SV On 10/25/11 3:28 PM, Greg wrote: > Sounds like you have text decode turned on. > 73 > Greg > AB7R > > > On Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 11:56 AM, David F. What happens if you tap DISP? Do you see the alternate VFO B display
things, like PLL, AFV, etc?
