K3 on the way

Notification received today that my K3 is scheduled for delivery on July the 29th. This is exactly 5 months to the day after order placed (Feb. 29th)- so much for the 4 month target! FM filter must be on back order as it was not listed in the notification.

Is your a factory unit? That may extend the time a bit.

Elecraft has been running about 4.5 months or so. Some a little more
some a little less... Its hard for Elecraft to estimate demand and the number of service requests and what not. The other thing to remember is that they are relatively small and we're going through vacation season now... There are a lot of variables to think through here... All in all its been kinda fun watching the production move along. I should get a new set of pictures of K3 production out here soon.
