Starting with your own K2, why not warm up the PC and
do a bit of programming, then get the bits and roll
your own. The K2 is an ideal experimental platform,
with plenty of access points to the circuitry and
software.
So far I have improved the SSB module, experimented
with better xtal filters, built my own auto antenna
switch, built a keypad to separate some of the more
used 'presses' and 'holds' and am just finishing a 2nd
receiver controller so my two K2s can chat to each
other.
Hi Bob,
Care to share (maybe you have an I've missed it)???
Some of those sound very neat, some of us are lacking
either time or resources, some both for designing and
fiddlin' about ;o)
Cheers,
Julius
