K3: pressing M1-M4 in LSB breaks CW [FIXED]

Thanks to those of you who quickly caught this problem in revision
2.57. I've already fixed it and will shortly be posting an update. (The
update also has two new features related to band switching that many of
you have been waiting for.)

With rev. 2.57, if you accidentally push M1-M4 while in SSB mode and
lose CW, you can get it back by holding PITCH and resetting the pitch
to your normal value.

Thank you, Wayne. That did it. It never occurred to me that the pitch had changed.
