K3 receive antenna question

W2GN
I have K3 with KAT3, KRX3, and KXV3A. The sub receiver was connected to AUX RF BNC during assembly.

Currently I have a Beverage antenna connected to RX Ant In. I want to connect automatically-selected W3LPL receive bandpass filters between the RX Ant In and RX Ant Out jacks as part of SO2R project to reduce interstation interference. (Yes, I have W2VJN's book "Managing Interstation Interference.")

The question is how to also connect the Beverage so that both the Main Rx and Sub Rx can use it? If I  connect the Beverage antenna to the AUX RF BNC jack, then the Beverage can connect to the Sub Rx with a tap on the "RX ANT" button . (Figure 5.32  in KE7X's book). Is there any way to route the Beverage to the Main Rx also?

The only solution I can come up with is to connect the output of the bandpass filters to the Rx Ant In jack and use a relay or switch to connect the input of the bandpass filters to either the Beverage antenna or to the Rx Ant Out jack. One advantage of this is that the filters would be used on reception from the Beverage as well as reception from transmit antennas on Ant 1 or Ant 2.

Thanks and 73, Charlie W2GN
