The time and frequency station "RWM" from Moscow is very strong in
Europe and for part of the hourly cycle puts out a plain carrier, making
setting a K3 on frequency very easy for those who lack their own
frequency standard. The frequencies and schedule can be found at:

Looking through the manual at the reference oscillator calibration
method 2. It suggests using a station such as WWV. Can anyone suggest a
UK alternative?
