K3 status

[K4TM]

I'm confused.  I ordered my K3 on May 2nd and I'm reading on this reflector that an order on May 4th has been shipped?  What's going on?
My e-mail query to Lisa last Monday has gone unanswered - most unusual - and the shipping status note hasn't been updated for some time.
Hopefully the Elecraft team recharged their batteries over Thanksgiving and will provide an update in the near future.

The information that an order on 4 May was shipped was wrong.
Unfortunately it probably caused a deluge of emails - including one
from me, which hasn't been replied to either.

I too sent a mail, it was thanksgiving - I assume like so many others, they
took yesterday off too - well deserved anyway, so I'm not concerned about
reply yet.

This doesn't help either of us much, but I share the same concern:

I ordered on 1 May, then on 20 Sep I paid the balance (preparatory to
leaving town for a month; on 20 Sep it made sense) and received an
invoice. Like you, I saw the postings of 4 May orders being processed
with no indication from Aptos my order is in the delivery queue too.
Perhaps I shot myself in the foot by initiating the order update and
full payment early, but I still have to wonder what's up... ??? Who
knows: maybe UPS has it right now and I didn't get a shipping notice &
tracking #. That would be a nice surprise! :)

Btw, at least one of those noting a 4 May order date has since corrected
their note to say their order was placed earlier, but others haven't.

It would seem that so many people have written to Lisa about the May 4th
fiasco that the first day back after Thanksgiving will be spent replying
to them rather than getting the next batch of K3s out of the door.

Well, I suppose another day's delay won't make a lot of difference. :-(

I don't believe there were any others.  Can you post copies of their emails
announcing May 4th purchase dates?

It was only one person with a date on the 4th as far as I know, and as you
noted, they had made a mistake and apologised to reflector saying the actual
order date was 30th.
There has been one person in UK who ordered on 1st and has got their K3.
I like many others are still waiting - I ordered on 2nd.
