Interesting.... The post in my "sent" folder has the content. Wonder
where it went.

While I have #3539 apart for the DSP board change, I thought I'd see if
I have all the latest and greatest innards.

Looking at the spare parts and mods page, I see some I'm not sure about.

EMIOUPGD - *Is this a replacement for the Rev B board, or does the Rev 3
board include it?

* K3AFMDKT, ** CWRTMDKT, ** HAGCMDKT, ** AFOPMDKT, ** E560002* all say
"Included on all new K3s". New since when? How can I tell if I have
these? The rig was invoiced 9/28/2009.

The IF output buffer, VFO noise, and Extreme signal protection mods came
already done, even tho my board says Rev H2.

Mike,

Look at the Elecraft website page for K3 Mods + App Notes rather than
the order page to see a more detailed description for each mod. If your
K3 is near the cut-in date, then open the Mod instructions and do the
steps given in the " How do I determine if I already have this" section
of those instructions.

Most, of those you asked about should already be on your K3.

Mike,

I received my K3 in Jun of last year (ordered at Dayton). The only "mods" that were not done on mine were the new DSP board, the IF buffer mod, extreme signal protection, and VFO noise one.

All of those were released way after I purchsed my K3; with that said, if the K3 had the IF buffer, extreme signal, and VFO noise mods when it arrived new, I am certain you have all the ones prior to those.

Thanks, Dick.

Looks like all are done except the 12V sense one. It sure would be nice
if the two web pages were linked, and the same descriptive name of the
mod was used in both places.
