K3 why can't we use narrow Tx filters

rfenabled
I have agree that it puzzles me that the K3 will do ESSB but yet not be able to narrow the Tx bandwidth.

There are many times that I would have liked to be able to do this. Icom's flagship radios (7800 and 7700) do this and I have been listening when the adjustment has been done and I found the audio became much easier to copy as the band was noisy with many stations operating close together.

Is there a reason this cannot be enabled Elecraft?

Isn't that what TX EQ is for? I agree, a way to switch quickly between TX EQ settings would make it more useful.
