FYI - The K3 band data output interfaces fine with the Array Solutions
Bandmaster band decoder. The Bandmaster input is pulled to 5VDC internal to
the Bandmaster, so the K3's open drain output works fine with it. The
Bandmaster should be strapped for Yaesu band data.
