What connections do you have between the K3 and the FL-7000 ? The FL-7000 should be a good match to the K3. Try the following cable: K3 FL-7000 Ground 5,12 1,7 "D" 14 2 "C" 9 3 "B" 3 4 "A" 13 5 TX GND 10 6 INH 7 8 Be sure to enable TX INH in the K3. You will need to limit the K3 power output to prevent overdriving the FL-7000 until the negative ALC modification is available for the K3. 73, ... > Thanks for the info Joe - unfortunately I don't have the FAS-1-4R You don't need the FAS-1-4R for this. The "K3" column is the DB15HD Accessory plug on the K3. The FL-7000 is the 9 pin Molex connector on the FL-7000. They should work very well together. 73, ... I guess you're saying that I need to buy the two plugs and wire them up or can someone provide such a cable cable with those connections ? Many thanks, you've been a great help. 73 from Charles - M0BIN _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
