K3 won't boot up unless POWER button held down

If I switch my power supply on then hit the POWER button 8 green lights come on but the screen is blank.

If I hold the K3 POWER button down while I apply power when I let the K3 POWER button go the radio works OK?? What's the fix? Reset the rig?

Huh!  My power is always applied to the K3 power
terminals, and no such problem.

I'd try a reset, or reloading stored parameters
from the K3 Utility.
