[K3S] "Hardware Sequencer" WSJT-X?

As in WSJT-X 1.70 online help:  "Set Tx delay to a number larger than the default 0.2 s to create a larger delay between execution of a command to enable PTT and onset of Tx audio.

For the health of your T/R relays and external preamplifier, we strongly recommend using a hardware sequencer and testing to make sure that sequencing is correct."

What would this "hardware sequencer" and need I be concerned with a K3S?

Bret,

If you are running with external amplifiers or external preamps that use
relays for T/R switching, then you need to be concerned.
For the K3/K3S itself, no problem.  The switching is all electronic and
very fast.  That is true for the entire K-Line.
