K3S KXV3B

Jim AB3CV
So if I understand this correctly there is no need to order a KXV3B
separately or a PR6 since both are now included standard in the K3S.

Still haven't seen the CBLP3Y on the order list.

Am I correct?

Re: K3S KXV3B

Lyle Johnson
The KXV3B, included as part of the basic K3S, has the functionality of
the KXV3A plus the PR6-10.  You do not need to order it separately.

Unlike the PR6-10, the KXV3B does not tie up any of the accessory plug
digital I/O lines to turn the preamp on and off.

Ross Primrose
Does the current K3 firmware support the KXV3B in the K3?

A similar question: will the K3S detect and support an old-style KAT3?
