Yes, change it to Stereo using Windows. I posted this to
https://groups.io/g/Elecraft-K3/message/29258 on March 31st, but I'll
repeat it here:
To change the K3 USB sound card to Stereo mode:
1. Right click on the Speaker Icon in the Windows Notification Area
(lower right corner of task bar, near the clock)
2. Select Recording Devices
3. Click to select the USB Audio CODEC for the K3 (you may have more
than one of these)
4. Click Properties
5. (optional) On the General tab, above the Change Icon button, you can
give the K3 USB Audio CODEC a new name like K3 USB AUDIO
6. Select the Advanced tab
7. Change the sample rate to 2 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)
8. Click Apply
