Thanks for the reply. However, I don’t seem to find any reference to repositioning a second panadapter in the FAQ. Would you mind pointing me to the FAQ header where it is located? It may not be explicitly stated in the FAQ, but there's no reason not to provide both orientations. Side-by-side provides more waterfall height (optimizing for time), while top-bottom provides more span (optimizing for frequency).
