KAT-100-1 not responding to K2 with a KAT2 - FIXED!!!

Big thanks to Gary and Scott at Elecraft for pointing me in the right direction.  Turned out to be a control cable problem (between the back panel of the K2 and the control panel).  

Looks like the 100 watt amp and EC-2 setup are next!
