KAT500 firmware version 1.14 and KAT500 Utility 1.12.11.9 available

The KAT500 Software Page has been updated with latest KAT500 Utility version
1.12.11.9. The primary changes are on the Configuration tab.

KAT500 firmware has been updated to version 1.14.  Consult the Release Notes
