KDVR3

Hello
I drop this on behalf of a friend of mine who’s not too good at English !
He  has just installed  a KDVR3 option on his K3. Recording is OK, but when he records his friends and sends them back the recording, they say it’s not good at all !
He does exactly what is said on the manual, and he would like to know if anyone else has, or had, the same trouble.

Hi Jacques:

The KDVR3 works very well on playback.  If he is using FW ver 4.18 Beta, the
problem is likely to be the firmware itself.  4.18 Beta version introduced some
SSB bugs, and has been withdrawn from the website for now.  Make sure your
friend is using 4.14, which is the latest production firmware.
