KPA100 low pass filter for 60m

In the K60XV manual on the top of p. 16 it mentions a
possible modification of the KPA100 80m low pass
filter for use on 60m instead of the default 40/30m
low pass filter.  It makes reference of a future
application note for this.

Has this application note been written yet?  I
couldn't find one on the Elecraft site.  Anyone have
any further information on this?
